We sat in on a workshop at the Celebrating Success conference to see how Rupert Madeley, Head Teacher at Harewood Primary School uses games to inspire creative writing.
How did they do this?
Inspired by a Tim Rylands workshops Education Leeds put on for schools in Leeds, Rupert Madeley bought a copy of Myst and after becoming acquainted with the game himself, he uses it in his lessons to help fire the imaginations of his pupils. This butterfly shows what an impact t has on his pupils.
